In training and marketing content, especially for people with disabilities, video helps make information clearer, more structured, and easier to understand. It guides attention, simplifies complex ideas, and communicates messages in a more accessible and engaging way. I’m starting to create short training modules, microlearning videos, and marketing content designed to be inclusive,...

From Sketch to Portrait

Every piece starts with simple lines. Just enough to place the eyes and shape the form. From there, I build slowly. Layering colors, adding depth, and looking beyond what’s obvious. Finding blues, violets, and warmth in what seems like brown. At some point, it stops being paint. It starts feeling like them. That’s when I know it’s done. Custom pet portraits available. Developed as a grant proposal, it explores a reinterpretation of the story through a contemporary, illustrated comic format. The narrative follows a simple romance between two childhood friends, disrupted by the arrival of a third figure, creating a layered story of love, conflict, and tragedy . Told from the perspective of Magayon herself, the story begins with her childhood encounter with Ulap...

Donut Wall: Handcrafted Installation (Work in Progress)

Inspired by Jeff Nebeker, this piece explores form, color, and texture through a playful, tactile approach. Each donut is cast in plaster and hand-painted with acrylic, translating familiar objects into stylized, sculptural forms. Arranged as a wall installation, the work focuses on composition and visual rhythm, allowing individual pieces to come together as a cohesive display. This project is ongoing, with the intention of expanding the collection over time.

It Came Together

I started this alone with no real plan, just playing with colors and textures. It honestly felt messy at first and I wasn’t sure where it was going. I almost stopped, but I kept going anyway. Then I started seeing them in it, so I drew them in and slowly built everything around them. Little by little it started to make sense. Made this for my parents’ anniversary, and I guess it makes it more special knowing it didn’t come out perfect right away—but it still found its way, like them.
